Dear Backers:

We are so sorry for the late response, but please understand the COVID-19 impacts a lot for the whole world.

Good News

We have very good news about the Production of Vide is complete and already packed. However, we can not make a different color choice for you since the supply chain still affected by the virus issue. All Vide compressor will come with the most popular color choice - turquoise color. Think all of you will love it.

Besides the Vide Compressor, we still waiting for the vacuum bag from the supplier. But we have the latest news for the vacuum bag will be ready in Mid of April. 

Shipment Schedule - End of April

We have scheduled the shipment will start at End of April. It will take more time than normal since the airfreight schedule is also affected by the COVID-19. Please be patient and we will send the tracking number to you once your Vide is shipped out.

Production affected by the new coronavirus

Sorry for our slow action since the business activities almost suspended during the Chinese New Year and also the new coronavirus.

The shipment may delay a bit since the factory is still suspended with instructions from China Government due to the new coronavirus issue.

But we expected we can ship out by early March.

BackerKit Survey

The BackerKit survey already sends out for a month. But we still waiting for a reply from 58 Backers.

Please complete the BackerKit Survey, since the shipment will be started in early March. This will help our team to prepare the shipping label and arrange the packing as well.

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Wow! What an incredible month it’s been for the "vide". We want to say a big thank you to all of the incredible Kickstarter community who so eagerly backed our campaign.

We reached our 120,000 HKD stretch goal and need say thank you again to all our awesome Kickstarter backers, a carrying woven bag will be included for "vide" set.

Mass production will be started soon!

We’re excited to tell you that tooling already complete, and mass production will be started soon. The target first shipment should be in February 2020.

A Survey Coming Your Way Soon

In 2 weeks time, you’ll receive a survey asking for your shipping address, some add-ons and for the details of your pledge. Don’t forget to list everything you’ve pledged for! Once you’ve sent off your survey we’ll make sure you receive exactly what you’ve pledged for.

Sorry for the late update of our successful, but please understand our team already start to prepare the mass production. Another great news is the tooling of "vide" already complete and now is ready for mass production.

We have great confidence to deliver "vide" on time.
